Barking Dog Collars Troubleshooting

All anti barking dog collars come with warranties and great customer service backup. However, many times customers can troubleshoot small problems on no dog barking collars without our assistance. Please refer to the troubleshooting tips below for problems with bark dog collars.


  • Tighten the barking dog collars and/or trim the dog’s hair where the Contact Points touch his neck to ensure good skin contact.
  • Test the anti barking dog collars (see “To Test the Bark Dog Collars” section).
  • Increase the Correction Mode.
  • Replace the battery.
  • Contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-2677.

The Indicator Light keeps flashing

  • Make sure the Mode Switch is not set to TEST.
  • Replace the battery.
  • If the light continues to flash with a new battery, contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-2677.

If the dog continues to bark test the receiver by:

  • Dragging the center probe across a rough surface for at least 10-12".

If receiver does not beep

  • Change the battery and insure proper polarity.
  • If the no dog barking collars inoperable, call customer service.

If it beeps but dog does not heed correction

  • Tighten collar
  • Trim hair where probes make contact

If difficulty continues

  • Call customer service at 1-800-732-2677 (M-F 8-7 PM, EST., SAT. 9-5 PMEST, SUN 1-5 PMEST.) for more help with bark dog collars
